Experienced multimedia and financial journalist

I am an experienced financial and multimedia journalist with a strong international background and have worked in London for 15 years for TV, print and online newspapers. During this time I worked as the London Correspondent for Kauppalehti, The Finnish Business Daily – for 13 years writing mainly news, leader articles and editorials as well as providing stock market comments.

I also worked as the London Correspondent for MTV3 Finland, the leading Finnish commercial TV channel. I continue to write news and comments for online-only news site uusisuomi.fi as one of their professional blogging team.

In January 2009, having identified a gap in Finnish news coverage of the UK and London in particular, I started my own online-only news and blogging site lontoocalling.com. You can find more information about it here.

In December 2008 I gained my MSc in “Electronic Publishing” at London City University with merit.
